About me!

Hello! My name is Glenn Rivkees, and this is my website!
I used to have a really cool website, but then the web-host I was using went out of business and I landed over here on Google Sites.

I was named a Google Desktop API Guru by Google. Over to the left you can see the Google Desktop Gadget's I have made. Sadly, Google Desktop is a dead program, and even Google has really halted development on it. Therefore, I have recently decided to try my hand at developing for the Android mobile platform.

This didn't end up really being an about me that much...

I am a high school senior in the International Baccalaureate program. I am currently anxiously awaiting April 1.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask, but I'm not putting my email up on this page, so be inventive!

Projects Update

It was a hard decision to make, but I have decided to shift my focus away from Google Desktop, and I am now working on developing for the Android platform.

I have greatly enjoyed the Google Desktop platform and have learned a lot from my experience with it, but I feel it is time to move on.
As cheesy as it sounds, I feel the future lies in mobile apps rather than computer widgets.

Thank you to everyone who has used my gadgets. The support has been incredible, and I am still astounded by the amount of people who installed and used my little gadgets.

Site Update

Due to host problems, this site has moved.
As a result, many of the old pages have moved or no longer exist.
I've switched over to Google Sites for Domains; however, much of the old content has not/cannot be transfered due to incompatibility.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
